  1. Institutionalize strategic alliances across Mass General Brigham to achieve our shared missions and leverage unique expertise and resources
  2. Innovate health professions education and workforce development through partnerships and collaboration within and beyond the Mass General Brigham healthcare system
  3. Highlight the value and contributions of the University within the Mass General Brigham healthcare system
  4. Promote Mass General Brigham programs, skills, and capabilities to help address critical workforce development needs
