Mass General Brigham University of Health Professions consists of two schools:
School of Nursing
The School of Nursing educates more than 600 students from 26 states and six countries. Six degree programs are offered along with three that are funded by workforce development grants administered by the U.S. Department of Labor. Sixteen faculty members are Fellows of the Academy of Nursing, and 70% of the faculty actively practice keeping their skills sharp and to stay ahead of trends that can be imparted to students. More than 1,200 alumni are working within the Mass General Brigham health system.
School of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences
The School of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences is Mass General Brigham University’s largest school, comprised of nearly 900 students from 46 states and eight countries. Fifteen-degree programs and certificates are offered through seven departments. Each year, students conduct more than 6,000 pro-bono visits with clients in the Sanders IMPACT Practice Center, where students, under faculty supervision, treat clients from the surrounding area. Nearly 1,000 of the School’s graduates are employed at Mass General Brigham.
