Graduate assistant, research assistant and teaching assistant opportunities for students.

At the Mass General Brigham University of Health Professions, academic programs and departments fund Graduate Assistantships. These work opportunities allow students to earn a small stipend to offset some of their educational costs. Opportunities are limited and not guaranteed as they become available as needed. Managed through the Human Resources Department.

Graduate Assistant: On-Campus Tour Guides/Admissions Ambassadors

Start Date: Summer/Fall 2024
End Date: August 2025 or later
GA Rate of Pay: $17.71/hour

The office of admission is seeking On-Campus Tour Guides and Admissions Ambassadors.

Tour Guides- 90 minute tour to prospective students (Thursdays mid-June-August).

Admission Ambassadors- Staff admission recruitment events, monitor the admissions on-line chat during office hours, serve as a resource for prospective, incoming students to the IHP.

Skills required: Training provided by office of admission.

Location: Hybrid and onsite.

Graduate Assistant: Enrollment Services (1-2 positions)

GA Rate of Pay: $17.71/hour

Assisting the Office of Admissions – Operations, the Graduate Assistant(s) will:

Process applications
Mail processing
Electronic document retrieval
Data entry
Applicable training and resources will be provided.
Other operational duties as assigned.

Location: Hybrid and onsite.

Schedule: 10-15 hours/week
