Mariam joined the team as a research intern while completing her undergraduate degree in Biology at Suffolk University. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) at the University of Connecticut through the CEIN program. She is gaining hands-on clinical experience through a nursing externship at Yale New Haven Hospital on the neuroscience and neurosurgery floor.
