Prior to her current role, Joanna began work at Mass General Brigham University in the Office of the President as project manager for the Institute's comprehensive evaluation from the New England Commission of Higher Education (NECHE). She also managed the Institute's ENRiCH growth plan as a project manager in the Office of Enrollment Services.
Before joining the Institute, she managed academic operations for a nonprofit school management organization focused on transforming low-performing district schools across Massachusetts.
