Anthony Sposito joined Mass General Brigham University in 2026 first as a term lecturer, and now faculty in the prelicensure nursing programs within the School of Nursing.

After earning his BSN from the Accelerated Nursing Program at Quinnipiac University in 2016, Anthony joined Massachusetts General Hospital caring for patients on the inpatient Neurology service. He then transitioned into a role in the Medical ICU where he developed a passion for critical care. During his time there, he enrolled and ultimately graduated from the MSN-NP program at Northeastern University in 2021. After graduation, Anthony became the Nurse Practice Specialist for the Department of Radiology at MGH and has since transitioned into the same role for the Department of Transplant Surgery. In this role, he is able to combine his love for education and bedside nursing, overseeing the education of staff on the Transplant unit.

Anthony has served as a clinical instructor, lab instructor, and adjunct faculty in Boston nursing schools throughout his career. He is fortunate to join the MGH IHP as both faculty and student; he is currently enrolled in the DNP program at the Institute.
