Faculty and staff members with leadership roles foster the essential conditions that enable the successful implementation of our University’s mission. Often, however, people assume those roles because of high performance in another area and never receive formal introduction to the qualities of an effective leader. In this longitudinal program, participants will gain familiarity with the Mass General Brigham competency framework for leaders as they relate to the higher education environment. The resulting community of practice will support ongoing professional development and attainment of meaningful goals.
